Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

Experience: 7 to 12 yearsLocation: Abu DhabiJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.Key Responsibilities:* Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.* Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.* Prepare functional and technical design documentation (BRDs, FDDs, TDDs).* Support integrations with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, REST APIs, HRMS, Banking, and third-party systems.* Manage data migration, reporting, workflows, security, and system configuration.* Coordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.* Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:* 7–12+ years of ERP implementation experience.* Minimum 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.* Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.* Experience with ERP migration, integrations, data migration, and production support.* Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP business processes.* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Functional* Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)* Supply Chain Management* Procurement & Inventory Management* Project Operations* Human Resources* Financial Reporting & Electronic Reporting (ER)Technical* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations* X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps* Lifecycle Services (LCS)* Data Management Framework (DMF)* OData, REST APIs, Business Events* SSRS, SQL Server* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)* Azure Integration Services* Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft TeamsPreferred Certifications:* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)* Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
