Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations, ERP business processes, integrations, and production support while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.Prepare functional and technical design documentation.Support integrations with Azure, Power Platform, REST APIs, HRMS, Banking, and third-party applications.Manage data migration, workflows, reporting, security, and system configuration.Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-go-live support.Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.Required Skills7–12+ years of ERP implementation experience with a minimum of 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Proven experience in end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, ERP migration, integrations, data migration, and production support.Strong functional expertise in:Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)Supply Chain ManagementProcurement & Inventory ManagementProject OperationsHuman ResourcesFinancial Reporting & Electronic Reporting (ER)Strong technical expertise in:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsX++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOpsLifecycle Services (LCS)Data Management Framework (DMF)OData, REST APIs, Business EventsSSRS, SQL ServerPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Azure Integration ServicesMicrosoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft TeamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Good to HaveMicrosoft certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, PL-200, PL-600, or AZ-900.Experience with large-scale ERP transformation projects.Knowledge of Azure-based integrations and enterprise application architecture.
