Through our expertise in enterprise software and business integrations, we help organizations streamline operations, improve productivity, and achieve business growth.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant to join our growing consulting team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Finance and Supply Chain processes, along with hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, support, and business process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Functional Consulting· Gather and analyze business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.· Conduct business process analysis and fit-gap assessments.· Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional documentation.· Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.System Configuration & Functional Support· Configure and support D365 F&O modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales, Project Management, and Manufacturing.· Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root cause analysis.· Recommend system enhancements and process improvements. Implementation & Project Delivery· Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects.· Support data migration, master data validation, and system integrations.· Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, workflows, reports, and integrations.· Assist with deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support. Testing, Training & Documentation· Prepare test scripts and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).· Validate system enhancements and integrations.· Develop user manuals and deliver end-user training.
