A lot has changed since our launch in 2013, but something that will forever remain at the core of Huda Beauty is our focus on business excellence and our unwavering passion for kindness!Summary: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of our D365 F&O platform. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce into reliable, well-governed ERP solutions that support a fast-scaling global beauty business.The Functional Consultant will own end-to-end solution design for core F&O modules, drive fit-gap analysis, and partner closely with technical developers, 3PL and EDI integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice configurations. The role is central to maintaining a stable, high-performing ERP backbone across our retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, multiple full-cycle implementations, strong functional expertise across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules, and a proven ability to run requirement workshops, author functional design documents, and support go-live and hypercare. A solutions-driven mindset, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication are essential.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Solution Design & ConfigurationLead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business processes into functional design documents (FDDs) and fit-gap analysesConfigure and maintain core D365 F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse/Inventory ManagementDesign solutions for multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-legal-entity structures, including intercompany and financial consolidationDefine financial dimensions, account structures, posting profiles, and number sequences aligned to business and audit requirementsApply Microsoft best practices and manage scope, change control, and design decisions across workstreamsImplementation, Testing & SupportDeliver end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects - from configuration through UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercareAuthor test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate solutions against business requirementsProvide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements across the D365 F&O environmentUse Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage requirements, defects, environments, and releasesDeliver end-user training and produce clear process and configuration documentationIntegrations & EcosystemPartner with technical developers on X++ customizations, extensions, and integrations, providing functional specifications and validating deliverySupport integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding systems - 3PL/logistics providers, EDI, ecommerce, and payment/fraud platforms - ensuring reliable order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flowsCollaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure ERP data supports downstream reporting in Power BIBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted ERP partner to stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and CommerceTranslate business needs into scalable, best-practice ERP solutions and communicate options clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesManage priorities, timelines, and expectations across multiple concurrent initiativesRequirements5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX Functional Consultant, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementation projectsStrong functional expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules of D365 F&OProven experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, and FDD authoringHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and structured testing/data-migration practicesUnderstanding of D365 F&O interfaces and integrations (data entities, OData, EDI, and third-party/3PL connectivity)Working knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI to support automation and reporting use cases is an advantageMicrosoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310 (Finance), or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferredExperience in retail, ecommerce, FMCG, or beauty/consumer goods is highly desirableExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong written and verbal EnglishBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferredBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
