Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant / SpecialistLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Contract / Full-TimeExperience: Minimum 5 years of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project OperationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant / Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs, configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations based on business and project requirements.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system design, configuration, and functional solutions.Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations using low-code/no-code capabilities and custom development where required.Work with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomateMicrosoft DataverseDesign and support system integrations and data flows between Dynamics 365 Project Operations and other enterprise systems.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Dynamics 365 Project Operations data.Work directly with business stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, system requirements, and reporting needs.Support end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user support.Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements and enhancements.Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations.Strong experience in system configuration, customization, and platform extensions.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and data migration related to Dynamics 365.Strong experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.Experience with custom development and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and security.Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external and enterprise applications.Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are preferred.ImportantCandidates with direct hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations experience will be prioritized. Candidates with only general Dynamics 365 experience and no direct Project Operations implementation experience may not be considered.
