Job Description – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Retail ConsultantJob Title: D365 F&O Retail ConsultantExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: MumbaiKey ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.Configure and manage Retail/Commerce modules, including:Store Operations (POS)Retail ChannelsProduct & Category ManagementPricing & PromotionsLoyalty ManagementInventory ManagementOrder ManagementConduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.Required SkillsStrong experience in D365 F&O Commerce/Retail implementation and support.Knowledge of POS, Store Commerce, Call Center, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.Understanding of integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.Experience with data management and migration activities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
