Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, .NET (C#), and Microsoft Copilot.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirementsCustomize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIsDevelop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomatePower PagesDataverseDesign and implement integrations with external systems using Azure services, Azure Data Factory, and/or KingswaySoftDevelop custom components and integrations using .NET (C#)Leverage Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business processes and user productivityParticipate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviewsPerform deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production supportRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power PlatformSuccessfully delivered at least three (3) end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation projectsStrong experience in Azure-based integrations and enterprise solution developmentHands-on experience in custom development, plugin development, workflows, and system integrationsExperience working in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to have Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600
