Job Description – Microsoft Dynamics CRM DeveloperExperience Required: 6+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on with coding, plugin development, and integrations, and can independently own the technical build of CRM solutions based on functional requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScript web resourcesDesign and build custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flowsWrite and maintain server-side (C#/.NET) and client-side (JavaScript/TypeScript) code within the Dynamics SDK frameworkDevelop and consume Web APIs / OData services for CRM integrations with third-party systemsBuild integrations with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus)Perform data migration and data modeling using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, or ScribeDebug, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance issues, plugin errors, and integration failuresWork closely with functional consultants/business analysts to convert requirements into technical specificationsParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities (solution packaging, managed/unmanaged solutions, ALM practices)Maintain technical documentation for custom code, configurations, and integrationsSupport CRM environments post go-live, including bug fixes and enhancementsRequired Skills & Qualifications6+ years of hands-on development experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 SDKDeep understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service) — entities, relationships, security roles, plugins, and workflowsExperience building and consuming Web APIs / OData/REST servicesHands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps developmentFamiliarity with Azure services relevant to CRM integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault)Experience with CRM data migration/integration tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or similar)Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 — solution management, source control (Azure DevOps/Git), CI/CD pipelinesGood grasp of Agile/Scrum development practicesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
