Microsoft Dynamics D365 Consultant– Job Description 1 Job Description Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to support Microsoft Dynamics (D365). The role requires expertise in configuration & development of Dynamics 365 Sales & Project Operations modules and ensuring seamless integration with SAP. 2 Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration: o Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module to align with business requirements. o Set up workflows, business rules, and dashboards for sales process automation.
Integration Management: o Design and oversee integration between Microsoft Dynamics and SAP. o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
Functional Analysis & Support: o Gather and document business requirements. o Provide functional support during UAT and post-go-live phases.
Technical Expertise: o Develop or supervise development of customizations, plugins, and reports in Dynamics 365. o Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with business users, SAP team, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation. o Conduct training sessions for end-users on Dynamics functionalities. 3 Required Skills & Experience
Experience: o 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. o Hands-on experience with SAP integration for sales and finance processes.
Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, and data migration tools. o Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware like Azure Logic Apps or SAP PI/PO).
Functional Skills: o Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and revenue recognition principles.
Other: o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to work independently in a small implementation environment. .Microsoft Dynamics D365 Consultant Nice to Have
Experience with Azure services for integration.
Knowledge of SAP SD and FI modules.
Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI.
