Job Responsibilities:Microsoft 365 Administration & Operations• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)• Administer tenant configuration, hybrid identity, and AD Connect environments• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and ensure cost optimization• Perform tenant governance, configuration, and service integrationIdentity & Security• Implement Identity and Access Management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, IAM)• Manage Microsoft security solutions (Defender Suite, Purview, DLP, Insider Risk, PIM, eDiscovery)• Implement and maintain Zero Trust security architecture• Conduct incident response, threat analysis, and security investigationsArchitecture & Engineering• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 architecture (hybrid, multi-geo, high availability)• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, mergers, and integrations• Design and enforce governance frameworks for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsAutomation & Optimization• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps• Develop scripts for provisioning, reporting, and governance automation• Monitor service performance and optimize usage and costsMonitoring & Reporting• Implement monitoring and reporting using Microsoft Sentinel and native tools• Generate reports on usage, security posture, compliance, and licensing• Ensure SLA compliance and service availabilityEndpoint & Device Management• Manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance policies)• Implement Zero Touch deployment strategies• Enforce device compliance and BYOD policiesMigration & Integration• Handle complex migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, SaaS integrations)• Integrate Microsoft 365 with external applications using SSO and SCIMGovernance & Collaboration• Define and enforce governance for Microsoft 365 services• Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teamsBackup & Disaster Recovery• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies• Ensure high availability and geo-redundancy• Conduct DR testing and validate SLAsJob Specification:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise environments• Strong experience in hybrid identity environments (Entra ID / AD Connect)• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management• Experience in enterprise-scale migrations and cloud transformations• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM tools• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and optimization strategies• Ability to work in high-availability, enterprise-scale environments (1000+ users)• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCertifications:Required:• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator ExpertPreferred:• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate• Identity and Access Administrator Associate• Information Protection Administrator Associate
