Microsoft Practice Lead

Roles and responsibilitiesResponsible to lead practice initiatives for business growthResponsible for strategic, planning and execution for Microsoft practice growth.Responsible to interact with clients on business requirements and technical solutions in an Agile or Waterfall approach.Implementation of technical solutions for customer requirements in D365F&OEnsuring all design/technical documentation is kept up to date during the development process.Responsible to play a role of Performance ManagerResponsible to lead end to end multiple project /sResponsible to prepare presentations and conduct sessions to the client.Responsible to mentor/coach the teamWorking with both on-shore and offshore development teamsAdhere to best practice and KPMG technical standards during all development.Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.Identify any risks and issues early and raise through the appropriate governance channels.Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control Responsible for technical solutions in Power BI, Logic Apps, CI/CD, Azure Service Bus and PowerApps Work on Presales and DeliveryDemonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities .Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be deliveredCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by DirectorsEnsure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory trainingRepresent KPMG in a professional and positive manner at all timesHave awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO Requirement Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.Managerial/Leadership experience is necessary.Hands-on experience in X++ development along with C#LCS and Azure Devops knowledge is mandatoryAbility to provide Architecture and Design view for the project.Hands-on experience in designing and developing D365F&O extensions, custom workflows.A good understanding of best practices for D365, including code management (i.e. source control), unit testing methodologies and build processesExperience in D365F&O Configuration, Customization, data conversion, integration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development is a must.Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong technical acumenAI Copilot and Azure knowledge is good to have.Functional understanding of D365F&O modules, especially Finance, Trade & Logistics and Warehousing.An understanding of the Dynamics 365 Data Entities and Entity Store and way of customizing them or extending them as required.Having Microsoft Dynamics D365F&O and architecture certificationsMentoring juniorsParticipate in hiring and practice growthExperience & Background Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCARelevant experience for 12-16 years with atleast 5 end to end implementationsSoftskills Confident in abilities and can demonstrate this in front of the client Works independently as well as in a team environmentActs with professional demeanourManages time and multiple tasks accordinglyThinks clearly and calmly under pressureSolves complex problems with creative solutionsPlaces emphasis on client satisfactionDesires to constantly assess and incorporate new technologies and software into their skillsetPromotes the Values of our company.Good communication and presentation skillsConfidence to reach out to stakeholders for guidance
