قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Description:The role involves end-to-end management of Microsoft business in terms of revenue, margins, margin %, PAT, operations, vendor relationships, partner relationships at key stake holder levels, managing team and build as necessary, completely understand and implement Microsoft programs.Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the growth of Microsoft business in the assigned territory.It also involved collaborating and engaging internally with all stakeholders to ensure streamlined business execution and smooth operations.The key accountabilities of the role will be to:Vendor Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for the vendor for the UAE market. Collaborate with vendor on product development, Sales plans, marketing programs, and local market strategies. Ensure strong vendor relationships and alignment on product goals for the UAE. AssistingProduct Strategy, planning and Management – Develop and maintain a clear product strategy for Microsoft product within the UAE market, aligned with the business unit's objectives and regional strategy. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for the product in the UAE. Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies in the UAE, working closely with marketing and sales teams. Develop and recommend pricing strategies for the Microsoft product in the UAE to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Monitor product margins and identify opportunities for optimization in the UAE market. Stakeholder Management & Cross functional collaboration - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners across the UAE. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management and service. Identify and resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient delivery in the UAE. Collaborate with finance to track product performance and manage budgets related to the Microsoft product in the UAE. Reporting - Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive activities in the UAE for the Strategic Business Unit Head. Analyze data to identify key insights and make recommendations for product growth and improvement in the UAE market. Identify the present as well as the future opportunities that exist for their product line. Reporting Relationship and LocationThe Product Manager – UAE will be based in the UAE and report to the Vice President.Candidate ProfileEducationA bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Academic qualification or professional training and sales experience is required.ExperienceThe ideal candidate for this role will be 6 to 8 years’ experience in product management, preferably from the distribution industry and with experience in the UAE market.Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong presentation skill and ability to drive pitch and sales discussions at senior management levels in the customer and partner environments.Personal AttributesThe individual will be an independent, dynamic, high-energy personality with strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship skills. She will have maturity and credibility to be accepted at the senior levels to influence, and effect change to achieve common goals.Additionally, the role incumbent will be required to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Should have a strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and an ability to make an impact with all stakeholders.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists. The candidate should be able to “sell” ideas and processes internally at all levels.
