Microsoft Teams Collaboration Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Microsoft Collaboration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, and collaboration technologies.Design, implement, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments across conference rooms, training spaces, and executive meeting environments.Configure and manage Teams Phone, Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect solutions.Lead migration initiatives from legacy telephony and conferencing platforms to Microsoft Teams.Deploy and support certified Teams Rooms hardware from vendors such as Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Lenovo, Cisco, Neat, and Yealink.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice, Teams Rooms deployment, management, migration/implementation, conferencing technologies, and integration with enterprise telephony environments.5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft collaboration platforms.3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Voice and Teams Rooms.Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Phone, and Teams RoomsExperience with SIP telephony environments and Voice migrations and telephony modernizationExperience managing Teams Room devices and room-based AV technologies.Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, QoS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
