Job Title: Microsoft Viva Engage SMELocation: Work From HomeAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Viva Engage Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft Viva Engage solutions. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, drive community engagement initiatives, support migration projects, and help maximize the value of the Microsoft Viva platform across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary SME for Microsoft Viva Engage, providing technical and functional expertiseDesign, implement, and manage Viva Engage communities, campaigns, and engagement strategiesLead user adoption, change management, and communication initiatives to increase platform usage and business valueSupport and deliver Viva Engage migration and transformation projectsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define engagement solutionsProvide governance, best-practice recommendations, and operational guidance for Viva Engage deploymentsWork closely with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 teams to ensure seamless integration with Viva solutionsConduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for users and administratorsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Engage implementation, administration, and supportStrong expertise in community management, employee engagement, communications, and user adoption programsExperience planning and executing Viva Engage migration projectsGood working knowledge of SharePoint and its integration with Microsoft Viva solutionsAbility to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide strategic recommendationsStrong communication, facilitation, and consulting skillsExperience within Microsoft 365 collaboration and employee experience platforms is highly desirableHow to Apply Interested candidates, please apply with your updated CV.
