Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (.NET & React)

Job PurposeThe role combines strong backend development expertise in C# and .NET with modern front-end development using React and TypeScript to build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly digital solutions.The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining web applications across the full development lifecycle. The role involves working closely with developers, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable and maintainable technical solutions.What Are We Looking For?We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET backend development and React-based front-end development.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies, have a strong understanding of modern web development practices, and be capable of taking ownership of technical deliverables. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, and be able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work Schedule Working Hours: 8 hours per dayWorking Days: 5 days per weekShift: Rotational shift scheduleEmployees may be assigned to Morning, Day, or Night shifts based on project and business requirements.Flexibility to work across all rotational shifts is required. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and external systems.Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components using React.Translate business and technical requirements into robust full-stack solutions.Work across both frontend and backend layers to deliver end-to-end features.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services.Work with databases and develop data-driven applications.Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Ensure applications meet standards for performance, security, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues across frontend and backend systems.Set up and maintain development workflows, environments, and deployment processes.Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployments.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute effectively within sprint cycles.Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers when required.Stay updated with modern .NET, React, cloud, and web development technologies and best practices.Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills3–4+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong experience in C# and .NET.Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET, and Web API.Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser web development.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Experience with third-party API and service integrations.Good understanding of relational databases and data-driven applications.Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployments.Understanding of application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.Experience with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices is an advantage.Experience with CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Umbraco, or similar platforms is an advantage.Full Stack DevelopmentStrong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.Ability to develop features across the React frontend and .NET backend.Experience designing reusable React components and integrating them with backend APIs.Understanding of state management, API communication, and frontend performance optimization.Ability to troubleshoot issues across both frontend and backend layers.Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices.Professional SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ability to take ownership of deliverables and work independently.Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Strong attention to code quality, performance, and technical detail.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Working proficiency in English.Interested candidates are requested to share their CV at hr@foursymmetrons.com
