Their team focuses on delivering mission-critical systems that provide end-to-end visibility into payment lifecycles for technical, operations, reporting and product teams.Key Focus Areas:- Global FX Engine: Engineering high-availability, scalable microservices for cross-border payments.- Lifecycle Visibility: Building centralized tracking tools so cross-functional teams can monitor transactions end-to-end.- Cross-Functional Impact: Partnering directly with tech, ops, and product to build deep domain expertise and align with business goals.- AI-Driven Velocity: Incorporating AI tools to enhance code quality, maintain architectural standards, and speed up delivery.Project Tech Stack:Languages & Frameworks: Java 17+, Spring BootData & Persistence: Oracle SQL, Document Store DBsContainerization & CI/CD: Kubernetes, JenkinsAI Productivity: GitHub CopilotIdeal candidate:- Prior experience leading code reviews and mentoring junior team members- Prior experience creating AI agents to boost productivity (a strong plus)- Strong problem solver- Strong technologist, technology agnostic- Strong consulting/communication skills** This role would require 100% in office presenceIf you are interested to learn more, please send a CV for immediate consideration.
