Middle Flutter Developer [Eng fluent - Offer open to nego]

Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter/Dart for an e-commerce B2B project.Design and implement scalable, maintainable Flutter applications with a focus on performance and user experience.Work with BLoC State Management, Flutter architecture, lifecycle, and component-based development.Integrate and work with RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs and implement modern authorization mechanisms such as JWT.Develop responsive applications supporting multiple screen sizes and localizations.Customize and integrate Flutter libraries and plugins based on project requirements.Write and maintain Unit, Widget, Integration, and BLoC tests.Collaborate with BA and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews, version control, CI/CD, and application monitoring.Job Requirements3+ years of experience in Mobile Development, with at least 2.5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and English fluentStrong knowledge of Flutter & Dart, Flutter architecture, lifecycle, and state management.Hands-on experience with BLoC State Management and component-based development.Experience working with RESTful / GraphQL APIs and JWT / authorization.Good understanding of responsive UI, localization, and multi-environment configuration.Experience with Unit/Widget/Integration/BLoC testing.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, crash monitoring, and log monitoring.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.Nice to HaveExperience in e-commerce / B2B projects.Experience customizing Flutter libraries/plugins.Familiarity with Android Studio / VS Code and related development tools.BenefitsSalary will be based on your expectations, performances in the interviewing roundReview salary 1-2 times/year, with the possibility of an unexpected salary rise based on capacity an infinite number of times per yearPolicy for 13th-Month Salary Bonus and Holiday Bonuses According to Company Regulations.Holiday travel mode (package 5-7 million/person), team building,...Full participation in social insurance, as well as a yearly health checkup at a reputable hospital.Comprehensive visit policy for personnel and relatives: birthday, marriage, childbirth, illness, etc.The football club, cycling car, badminton, ... are just a few of the sports and cultural activities available.Allowance for classes and training awards: Learning Star of the Month,A chance to be the face of the year's study, the royalties...If you are looking for a new Job, please do not hesitate to contact to me via:Mail: quoctp@vmogroup.comPhone/ Call/ Zalo: 0386710976
