Experience with React Native is a strong plusAI-native development mindset: highly effective at using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, refactor code, generate tests, and explore solutions. Able to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on AI blindly; maintains high standards for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.Fast and autonomous: able to take a feature or problem from requirements to working production code with minimal supervision and minimal dependency on other developers. Comfortable working across the full mobile development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, API integration, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and spokenStrong understanding of Dart, Flutter architecture, state management (e.g. BLoC, Provider/Riverpod), responsive UI, mobile performance, and UI/UX implementation.Strong experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, authentication, push notifications, payments, and other external services.Hands-on experience with Supabase, including database, authentication, storage, APIs, and backend functionality.
