About the ProjectJoin a technology project focused on building and maintaining scalable Fintech & Trading platforms, with blockchain-enabled solutions as an additional component.The project involves modern Backend, Frontend, Distributed Systems, Cloud Infrastructure and integration with multiple third-party services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Fullstack applications for Fintech & Trading platforms.Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.Build modern and responsive frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and MUI.Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Work with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Redis.Design and optimize data solutions using MongoDB.Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Kubernetes.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues using Datadog.Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, system design, and continuous improvement.Required SkillsAt least 3 years of experiences as a Fullstack DeveloperStrong experience in Fullstack Web Development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js / NestJS.Good experience with React.js / Next.js and modern frontend development.Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.Good understanding of Redis and/or RabbitMQ.Experience with AWS and containerized environments.Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and modern software development practices.Good problem-solving and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience in Fintech, Trading, Banking, or Financial Services.Experience with Blockchain / Web3 technologies.Experience integrating with financial or enterprise platforms such as Kaleido, OneMap, Singpass, HX, or similar services.Experience with Datadog or other application monitoring tools.Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.BenefitsSalary will be based on your expectations, performances in the interviewing roundReview salary 1-2 times/year, with the possibility of an unexpected salary rise based on capacity an infinite number of times per yearPolicy for 13th-Month Salary Bonus and Holiday Bonuses According to Company Regulations.Holiday travel mode (package 5-7 million/person), team building,...Full participation in social insurance, as well as a yearly health checkup at a reputable hospital.Comprehensive visit policy for personnel and relatives: birthday, marriage, childbirth, illness, etc.The football club, cycling car, badminton, ... are just a few of the sports and cultural activities available.Allowance for classes and training awards: Learning Star of the Month,A chance to be the face of the year's study, the royalties...If you are looking for a new Job, please do not hesitate to contact to me via:Mail: quoctp@vmogroup.comPhone/ Call/ Zalo: 0386710976
