Middle Office Analyst

Equifind are representing a FinTech Start-Up based in Dubai, who are looking to hire a Graduate Middle Office Analyst.The firm boasts a leading position in the institutional brokerage sector globally. After a run of record-breaking years, the organisation is now looking to grow both by number of employees and AUM in 2026, making it a very exciting time to join the business.The position can start immediately so the right candidate will either be immediately available to start and interview or on a very short notice period. You will be supporting and assisting the team with Trade Support from start to finish through and through. Other Operations tasks will be introduced later on down the line which will allow you to gain more exposure to various roles and further develop your understanding of Middle Office as a whole.The Role:The key responsibilities for the Graduate Middle Office Analyst for the FinTech based in Dubai will be:OperationsAssist in leading and managing the global operations function, including client services, treasury, back-office operations, OTC trading, and white-label implementations.Establish, document, and enforce consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all entities.Oversee daily operational performance, ensuring accuracy in reconciliation, settlements, and trade lifecycle processes.Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Compliance, and Technology to optimise processes and service delivery.Strategic and product development.Regulatory oversight and risk management.Client and stake-holder management.Application Criteria:1-year's experience in Operations, ideally within FX, Cryptocurrency, or multi-asset Brokerage environments but open to Financial Services.Excellent excel and analytical skills.Organised and efficient.Excellent communicator.Team player.Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and can hit the ground running, with a track record of rolling sleeves up to get the work down while looking for improvements longer term.Currently residing in Dubai, or already based in the UAE.Compensation:The Graduate Middle Office Analyst role working for this FinTech Start-Up based in Dubai will be paid a competitive market-based salary.Annual performance related bonus (discretionary).Employer pension contribution.25-days annual leave.Other benefits.
