Middle Office

Madison Pearl is working closely with a regional asset manager to hire a Middle Office Associate based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant buy-side experience and will support the control framework of the public market strategies, acting as a key coordination point between Portfolio Management, Trading, Fund Administrators, Prime Brokers/Custodians, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead NAV review and sign-off processes across funds and mandates, including reviewing administrator packs and performing reasonability checks.Oversee the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate trade capture from OMS to PMS, managing confirmations, affirmations, and resolving settlement fails.Manage daily and periodic reconciliations (trades, positions, cash, income) and own the break resolution process from root-cause analysis to closure.Conduct pricing and corporate action reviews across equities, bonds, sukuk, and derivatives, while maintaining control checklists and supporting audits.Manage end-to-end client and broker KYC/AML onboarding, periodic reviews, counterparty registers, and IR subscription/redemption workflows.Maintain control documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), supporting system enhancements and regulatory change projects.Key Requirements:4–5 years of experience in buy-side Middle Office, Fund Operations, or Operations Control across public equities and public credit (sukuk experience a plus).Hands-on experience with administrator NAV oversight and client/broker KYC/AML onboarding processes.Familiarity with GCC/KSA frameworks (CMA/SAMA) and DIFC/DFSA regulatory requirements.Proficiency in Advent Geneva (PMS) and Eze (OMS), alongside strong Excel skills.Strong control mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.Riyadh based candidates preferred.If you are interested in discussing this mandate, please contact Areej Santos on areej.santos@madisonpearl.com or apply to this advertisement *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
