Middle Office Specialist | £20k–£30k AED per month | Abu Dhabi, Permanent, HybridWe’re looking for a bright, ambitious Middle Office professional to join our client's Asset Middle Office Operations team in Abu Dhabi. You’ll oversee the operations function, work directly with global market counterparties and have the opportunity to drive automation, AI and process improvements across the operation.What you’ll be doing:Overseeing the operations team across trade reconciliation, clearing, settlement and other middle-office processes.Acting as a key operational contact for prime brokers, custodians, clearing houses and other market counterparties, handling queries and escalations.Identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes, including the use of AI, SQL and other technology.What we’re looking for:3–7 years of experience in institutional financial markets Middle/Back Office Operations.Broad multi-asset exposure, with Fixed Income and OTC experience particularly attractive.Strong Excel and some SQL knowledge; VBA, Python, automation or AI experience would be a bonus.A bright, articulate and commercially aware professional who is proactive, technically capable and clearly has the potential to progress.The details:Abu Dhabi-based, 4 days per week in the office.AED 20,000–30,000 per month + approximately 10–20% bonus.Excellent exposure to cross-asset markets, global counterparties and operational transformation.Clear career progression, with the previous incumbent having progressed internally into the trading team.If you’re a high-potential Middle Office professional looking to step beyond traditional operations and build a career within a leading global hedge fund, this is an opportunity worth having a conversation about.
