Middle QA Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of quality across multiple high-scale eCommerce platforms.   About the project: a1qa provides QA services for a big retail company in the UAE operating international brands in fashion, home, hardware, beauty, and kids. Each brand has web and mobile apps integrated with payment gateways, loyalty, and delivery logistics. The infrastructure is cloud-based with a wide ecosystem of enterprise and eCommerce solutions, including integration with SAP landscape. QA covers functional and regression testing across 20+ solutions.   Your responsibilities: Define and implement test strategies (manual + automation) Manage and mentor QA engineers Collaborate with product, development, and business teams Ensure high-quality releases in fast-paced Agile environments Oversee integration testing (ERP, payments, logistics, loyalty systems) Requirements: 4+ years in QAStrong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems Experience with web and mobile testing Knowledge of test automation frameworks Familiarity with integrations (APIs, payment systems, ERP) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills English level B2+ Work format: 📍 Office-based / Hybrid (location discussed individually)   What we offer: Opportunity to work on large-scale international retail platforms High-impact role with ownership and visibility Collaborative and professional team environment
