Middle Salesforce Developer (Fluent English)

LOCATION: HCMCJOB DESCRIPTION Design, build, and unit-test Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to implement Revenue Cloud and Billing requirements defined by the Functional Consultants.Develop integration-related functionality within Salesforce, such as HTTP callouts and platform events (no separate middleware development involved).Work closely with the Functional Consultants to clarify requirements and flag technical constraints or trade-offs early in design.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following Salesforce development best practices and the team’s coding standards.Support the QA Engineer/Test Lead by fixing defects, clarifying expected behavior, and helping diagnose test failures.Participate in code reviews and help maintain a consistent technical approach across the engagement.Operate as part of a single cross-functional team across discovery, build, testing, and go-live.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience building integration-related functionality within Salesforce (HTTP callouts, platform events); separate middleware experience is not required.Revenue Cloud (or CPQ) development experience is advantageous but not mandatory — willingness to get hands-on with Revenue Cloud’s data model and extension points is important.Comfortable working closely with Functional Consultants and QA within a small, integrated delivery team; able to flex into functional/config support when coding load is lighter.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.BENEFITS Salary: Open to NegoProbation salary is 100% of official salary13th-month salary and performance review twice a year Bonus for special occasions each year (Labor Day, National Day, Solar New year, Lunar New Year) Employee’s professional certification and training allowances subject to company regulations Health Care InsuranceAnnual Health Assessment Social, health and unemployment Insurance following Government policy Enjoy company summer trips and other team building activities held monthly and quarterly Work five days per week with flexible working time Professional, creative and dynamic working environment
