2 - Job Description:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Act as the primary liaison between customers, business teams, and development teams.Lead requirement workshops, business meetings, and product discussions with customer stakeholders.Define product vision, roadmap, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize product backlog and support development teams throughout the SDLC.Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure product success.Quickly understand business processes, product functionality, and domain knowledge within the onboarding period.Monitor product progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to achieve business objectives.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations. 3 - Qualifications:ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Business Analyst (BA).Proven experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.Experience leading requirement gathering sessions, business workshops, and stakeholder meetings.Ability to understand a product, business workflow, and domain context within the first month of onboarding/training.Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments.Business & Technical SkillsStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Basic technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.Experience creating:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional SpecificationsUser StoriesProcess FlowsAcceptance CriteriaStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.CommunicationStrong to Excellent English communication skills.Ability to facilitate business discussions and workshops with international stakeholders.Confident in presenting ideas, negotiating requirements, and managing stakeholder expectationsBenefits
