Senior Non-Key Expert – Migration & MobilityNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Migration & Mobility to support technical assistance assignments related to migration governance, mobility, legal migration pathways, border management, protection-related policies, institutional cooperation, and EU-Egypt dialogue on migration and mobility.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in migration studies, international relations, political science, law, public policy, development studies, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic is highly desirable.French is an asset.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience in migration governance, mobility, legal migration pathways, border management and/or protection-related policies.Experience preparing policy analyses, assessments, strategies, background papers or recommendations related to migration and mobility.Experience supporting institutional cooperation, policy dialogue and coordination between public authorities and international partners.Good knowledge of EU migration and mobility policies and cooperation instruments.Experience in Egypt and/or the MENA region highly desirable.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
