قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWHO WE AREEngage Your Destiny is a non-profit ministry with a divine calling to develop uncompromising followers of Christ who transform our world and therefore, this position will be filled by a candidate who 1) embodies the core beliefs of our organization with respect to God, The Bible, and God’s function in our everyday life and 2) champions our fundamental commitment as an organization to combatting military suicide through faith-based and evidence backed strategies.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis is a highly relational, boots-on-the-ground ministry role for a military veteran who is deeply committed to Jesus Christ and passionate about discipleship, military ministry, and building strong community among service members.The Military Outreach Director will build relationships with service members, commanders, chaplains, and military leaders while executing Engage Your Destiny’s established ministry programs, including emotional intelligence training, ENGAGE Nights, Bible studies, discipleship, mentorship, and community events.The right leader is disciplined, dependable, relational, coachable, and comfortable operating within established systems and authority. They take ownership, follow through, communicate well, and understand the unique culture, pressures, and opportunities of active-duty military life.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKESuccess in this role is defined by a leader who lives in alignment with Jesus Christ and executes Engage Your Destiny’s programs as designed with consistency, humility, and discipline. They build trust with commanders, chaplains, and warfighters through presence and follow-through, operate under authority with coachability and accountability, and prioritize unity over personal preference. Their effectiveness is demonstrated through consistent program execution and growing soldier engagement, while upholding the standards, culture, and mission of EYD.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild meaningful relationships with active-duty service members through consistent presence on a designated military installation.Develop trusted relationships with military chaplains, commanders, unit leaders, and other key partners.Lead and facilitate EYD ministry programs, including emotional intelligence training, ENGAGE Nights, Bible studies, discipleship, mentorship, and community events.Disciple and mentor service members one-on-one and connect them into Christ-centered community.Facilitate emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership, and spiritual readiness training using EYD curriculum.Communicate the Gospel and teach biblical content in alignment with EYD theology and ministry standards.Plan and execute military outreach events, coordinating volunteers, worship, logistics, and participant experience.Connect service members with approved mental, emotional, spiritual, and community resources.Maintain regular in-person and digital follow-up through text, phone, and other communication platforms.Identify opportunities to increase participation and re-engage service members who have disconnected from EYD programs.Track ministry participation, discipleship progress, testimonies, outreach activity, and program outcomes.Collaborate with EYD ministry, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute organization-wide initiatives.Use Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and EYD reporting systems to manage responsibilities and communicate results.Maintain a consistent, visible, and professional presence within the military community.Execute EYD programs, curriculum, communication, and ministry strategies according to established standards and guidelines.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Prior service experience required.Multiple years following Christ, with ministry experience preferred.College Diploma or University Degree preferred. ASANA, Google Suite, and Microsoft experience preferred. This role requires working on Friday evenings.Occasional travel. Ongoing education/training as needed. WORK LOCATION:San Diego/Camp Pendleton area. Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States to qualify for this position. JOB TYPE/SCHEDULE:Full-time, 40-hour work week non-exempt with the potential for no overtime.PAY:This position has a starting salary of $70,000-$80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.BENEFITS:Paid time offPaid Maternity/Paternity leave EYD will pay for renewal of certifications for required continued education
