Minister Exhibition Protocol ManagerEmployment Type: Temporary – 2 WeeksExhibition Dates: 7th, 8th & 9th SeptemberJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly professional and experienced Minister Exhibition Protocol Manager to manage and coordinate all protocol arrangements for ministers, VIPs, government officials, ambassadors, and other high-level delegates during the exhibition.The selected candidate will work for a period of two weeks, including the preparation period and the exhibition days.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate protocol arrangements for ministers, VIPs, government officials, and high-level delegates.Coordinate with relevant government entities, ministries, embassies, and stakeholders.Prepare VIP invitations, confirmations, visit schedules, itineraries, and briefing notes.Manage VIP arrivals, receptions, escorts, exhibition tours, and official engagements.Coordinate closely with internal teams, venue management, security personnel, and other relevant parties.Ensure all protocol requirements and schedules are executed smoothly during the exhibition.Handle last-minute changes and resolve protocol-related issues professionally.Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.RequirementsProven experience in protocol management, VIP relations, government relations, or high-level event coordination.Experience in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale events is preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Professional appearance and conduct.Knowledge of UAE government and VIP protocol procedures is an advantage.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Contract DurationThis is a temporary position for two weeks, covering the pre-event preparation and exhibition period.Exhibition Dates: 7th, 8th & 9th September
