Ministry Development Manager (Workplace) Reporting to: National DirectorAbout the RoleThe Ministry Development Manager (Workplace) provides strategic leadership for the growth of Alpha in workplaces and other non-church settings across Singapore. This role increases the reach, adoption and sustainability of Alpha in the workplace by developing relationships and partnerships with business leaders, workplace Christian fellowships, churches, marketplace networks, corporations and other organisations.A key focus is identifying and developing new opportunities for Alpha — moving relationships from initial interest to successful implementation and multiplication. The role calls for both strong relational capability and a proactive business-development mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesNational Workplace Strategy & Growth (70%)Develop and implement Alpha Singapore's national strategy for Workplace Alpha, with annual priorities, growth plans and measurable outcomesProactively identify, initiate and develop relationships with business leaders, workplace champions, Christian fellowship leaders and HR/people leaders — building trust that opens conversations about Alpha, faith and the workplaceBuild a healthy pipeline of Workplace Alpha opportunities and intentionally move them from exploration to implementation, growth and multiplicationDevelop strategic partnerships with churches, marketplace ministries, professional networks and corporations that extend Alpha's reach into multiple workplaces or sectorsIdentify and develop workplace Alpha champions — coaching and supporting them from interest through to implementation, and helping successful Alphas become examples others can followWorkplace Alpha Experience, Training & Sustainability (30%)Ensure Workplace Alpha leaders and teams are well-equipped to run Alpha while maintaining its core DNA and valuesWork with Alpha Singapore's training resources to provide relevant support for workplace contexts, capturing and sharing good practiceMaintain an accurate view of Workplace relationships and opportunities, tracking engagements, Alpha starts, repeat runs and multiplication using agreed relationship-management toolsContribute to Alpha Singapore's Vision 2033 — enabling 500,000 additional guests to experience Alpha by 2033 — by extending Alpha beyond traditional church settings.What We're Looking ForEssentialA committed Christian with a strong personal conviction for evangelism and the role of Christians in the workplaceGenuine passion for faith and work, and for reaching people who may not ordinarily engage with churchA proactive business-development or sales mindset — able to identify opportunities, initiate relationships and move conversations towards actionStrong relationship-building, communication, presentation and facilitation skillsComfortable engaging senior business leaders, professionals, and church leaders; persistent without being transactionalSelf-motivated, able to work independently while contributing strongly within a small teamPreferredExperience in business development, sales, partnerships, or relationship/account managementExperience in a corporate or professional environment, and/or in workplace or marketplace ministryExperience running or leading AlphaExisting relationships within Singapore's business, professional, church or marketplace Christian communitiesDegree or equivalent professional experienceWe thank all applicants for their interest.
