The candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial data across multiple hospitals. This role will help management monitor doctor performance, hospital productivity, target achievement, forecasting, and overall business performance through dashboards and actionable insights.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Hospital & Doctor Performance ManagementCollect and consolidate daily operational data from all hospitals.Prepare doctor-wise, department-wise, and hospital-wise performance reports.Track OPD, IPD, diagnostics, procedures, admissions, discharges, revenue, pharmacy, and referrals.Ensure timely sharing of daily reports with doctors and management.Validate data accuracy and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.2. MIS Reporting & Dashboard ManagementPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Develop interactive dashboards for management using Excel and Power BI.Maintain doctor-wise, department-wise, hospital-wise, and area-wise dashboards.Continuously improve reporting formats for better visualization and decision-making.3. Business Analytics & Performance MonitoringMaintain Target vs Achievement reports across doctors, departments, hospitals, and regions.Analyze KPIs and identify performance gaps.Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.Monitor trends and compare current performance with historical data.4. Forecasting & ProjectionsPrepare monthly and quarterly business projections.Develop Target vs Achievement vs Projection reports.Forecast doctor productivity, hospital revenue, and departmental performance.Identify potential shortfalls and recommend corrective actions.5. Management PresentationsPrepare presentations for daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings.Create professional charts, graphs, dashboards, and analytical reports.Support senior management with business review presentations and decision-making reports.6. Data Governance & QualityEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Maintain master databases and reporting templates.Standardize KPIs and reporting formats across hospitals.Maintain confidentiality of operational, financial, and patient-related information.7. (Statistics/Mathematics), B.Com, BBA, or a related field.MBA (Business Analytics), MCA, M.Sc.
