MIS Analyst – Collections & Data Analytics📍 Location: Mumbai💼 Experience: 3+ Years🏢 Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services💰 CTC: ₹6.0 – ₹6.2 LPA📌 Role: Executive / Senior Executive – MIS & Data AnalyticsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a MIS Analyst – Collections & Data Analytics who is highly analytical, detail-oriented and hands-on with Advanced Excel and VBA Automation.The ideal candidate will have experience in Collection MIS, incentive calculations, business reporting and data automation within the Banking, NBFC or Financial Services industry.Key Responsibilities📊 MIS & Data AnalyticsManage, clean and analyze large volumes of financial/business data.Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and data integrity.Translate complex data into meaningful reports and actionable business insights.Present MIS and analytical findings to internal stakeholders.💰 Collection & Incentive MISPrepare and manage Collection MIS and performance reports.Calculate and validate monthly employee/field incentive payouts.Track business performance and productivity metrics.Ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery of incentive and performance reports.⚙️ VBA AutomationDevelop Excel VBA macros and automation tools from scratch to improve reporting efficiency.Automate repetitive MIS and data-processing activities.Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing VBA/macros.Build efficient Excel-based solutions for large datasets.Required Skills3+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics within Banking, NBFC or Financial Services.Strong experience in Collection MIS / Business MIS / Incentive MIS.Advanced MS Excel with strong hands-on VBA.Ability to write VBA code from scratch, including loops, arrays and custom functions.Strong understanding of incentive calculations and payouts.Good data analysis and visualization skills.Power BI and SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under strict deadlines with high attention to detail.EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Statistics or a related field.Who Should Apply?Candidates currently working in Banks, NBFCs or Financial Services companies with hands-on experience in MIS + Collections/Business Reporting + VBA Automation + Incentive Calculation are encouraged to apply.Interested candidates can share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and current location.
