MIS Analyst

Location: Moradabad, Uttar PradeshSalary: 2-4 LPAWorking Days: 6 (Monday-Saturday)We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst with strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and preparing accurate MIS reports. Strong mathematical and analytical skills will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and analyze regular MIS reports and dashboards.Work extensively on Google Sheets and Excel for data management and reporting.Understand, create, and implement various spreadsheet formulas based on business requirements.Create and manage Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports.Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.Automate and improve reporting processes wherever possible.Maintain and organize large datasets efficiently.Coordinate with relevant teams to collect, verify, and consolidate data.Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them promptly.Qualifications & Skills2–4 years of relevant experience as an MIS Analyst/MIS Executive.Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or ExcelStrong understanding of spreadsheet formulas and their practical implementation.Must be proficient in Pivot Tables.Good mathematical and analytical skills will be an advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle large volumes of data and meet reporting deadlines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.
