MIS Analyst (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)

We’re building a next-gen MIS team to transform siloed data into actionable dashboards, forecasts, and performance trackers that directly impact P&L. Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio dashboards that visualize KPIs for finance, sales, and operations teams.Build automated data pipelines from ERP, CRM, and Excel sources using SQL, SSIS, or Google BigQuery to ensure real-time or near-real-time reporting.Translate business questions from stakeholders into visual analytics—identifying trends, anomalies, and root causes through drill-downs and dynamic filters.Optimize dashboard performance by cleaning datasets, creating calculated fields, and applying data modeling best practices (star schema, DAX, LOD expressions).Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to define KPIs, standardize metrics, and implement governance around data definitions and refresh schedules.Document data sources, refresh cycles, and user guides to enable self-service analytics across non-technical teams.Skills & QualificationsMust-HavePower BITableauGoogle Data StudioSQLDAXSSISExcel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros)ETL ConceptsPreferredLookerGoogle BigQueryPython (pandas, numpy)Benefits & Culture HighlightsWork directly with CXOs and business heads—your dashboards become their decision-making nerve center.Flexible work hours with hybrid options (post onboarding) and no travel required for this role.Annual performance bonuses + certifications sponsorship for mastering advanced BI tools.Skills: power bi,dashboards,studio,analytics,teams,google data studio,data,data studio,tableau
