This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated MIS (Management Information System) processes and reports to support business decision-making. Daily responsibilities include collecting and validating data from multiple sources, building dashboards and automated reporting tools, and ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, optimizing existing MIS workflows, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency. The MIS Automation professional will be expected to document processes, monitor system performance, and proactively identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business insights.Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, explain technical concepts clearly, and prepare user-friendly reports.Candidates should possess Information Management skills to handle data collection, organization, storage, and retrieval within MIS frameworks.Candidates should possess Information Technology skills to work with databases, reporting tools, and automation technologies relevant to MIS.Candidates should possess basic Cybersecurity awareness to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and secure access to MIS systems.Relevant experience with MS Excel, SQL, BI tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), and process automation tools is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work accurately with large data sets, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving reporting requirements is expected.
