MIS / Data Analyst - E Comm and Quick Comm

With a strong presence across Modern Trade, General Trade, E-Commerce, and Quick Commerce platforms, we are committed to delivering quality products to consumers across India.We are looking for a proactive and analytical MIS / Data Analyst for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to manage online marketplace operations, improve product visibility, monitor sales performance, and drive growth across digital commerce channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain MIS reports for ecomm and quick comm - inventory, sales, and procurement.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for cross-functional teams.Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and insights.Prepare reports related to wastage, cost analysis, and process efficiency.Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to collect and validate data.Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros or BI tools.Maintain master data and ensure data accuracy across all reports and systems.Support management in planning and forecasting activities.Assist in implementing and improving ERP/MIS systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.Approximately 1 year of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in a FMCG environment with Ecomm and Quick comm exposure.Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Basic knowledge of ERP systems - Tallypreferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive compensationOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing industryExposure to cross-functional business processesLearning and growth opportunities in analytics and reportingJob Location : Andheri East, Near Chakala Metro Station
