Job Role: MIS ExecutiveCompany: CollegeSathiLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanExperience: 2 Months – 1 YearQualification: Bachelor's degree in BCA, Data Analytics, Computer Applications, or a related fieldAbout the RoleCollegeSathi is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and reporting. The role involves maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations through effective MIS management.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.Generate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.Create and manage Excel reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.Coordinate with different departments to gather and verify operational data.Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.Maintain databases and ensure proper documentation of reports.Assist in process improvement by identifying reporting and data management efficiencies.Provide timely reports to management as per business requirements.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, and Charts.Basic understanding of SQL and Power BI will be an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.EligibilityBachelor's degree in BCA, Data Analytics, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.2 months to 1 year of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role.Freshers with excellent Excel skills and relevant internships/projects may also apply.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech organization.Learning and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and performance-driven work environment.Competitive salary as per industry standards.If you're passionate about working with data and building meaningful business insights, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now and become a part of CollegeSathi!
