MIS Executive – Job DescriptionJob Title: MIS ExecutiveDepartment: MIS / Business OperationsLocation: MumbaiExperience: 2–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting To: ManagementJob SummaryWe are looking for a strong and detail-oriented MIS Executive who can independently manage business data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, develop dashboards, analyze performance trends, and provide accurate insights to management for decision-making.The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in sales/operations MIS.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports for management.Maintain and consolidate data from multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Warehouse and Finance.Prepare sales performance reports, target vs. achievement, productivity, lead conversion and pipeline reports.Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and management dashboards.Track sales targets, revenue, collections, leads, enquiries and conversions.Prepare region-wise, salesperson-wise, product-wise and store-wise performance reports.Ensure daily data is collected from respective teams and updated accurately.Monitor data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.Prepare management presentations and business review reports.Automate repetitive MIS activities wherever possible using advanced Excel functions.Maintain proper databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.Analyse trends and highlight gaps, exceptions and key business insights to management.Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS files.Coordinate with CRM users and ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates.Create reports for monthly review meetings, performance reviews and business planning.Must-HaveRequired Technical SkillsAdvanced MS ExcelPivot Tables & Pivot ChartsXLOOKUP / VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCHSUMIFS / COUNTIFS / IF / IFERRORConditional FormattingData ValidationAdvanced Excel formulasData Cleaning & ConsolidationDashboard PreparationMIS ReportingPowerPointPreferredPower BIPower QueryCRM reportingGoogle SheetsBasic SQL knowledgeCandidate Profile2–5 years of relevant MIS / Business Analyst / Sales MIS experienceStrong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Ability to work with large volumes of data.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.Good communication and presentation skills.Should be comfortable working under tight deadlines.Should have a problem-solving and ownership-oriented approach.Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% accuracy in MIS reportsTimely submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reportsDashboard and report automationData reconciliation and error reductionTimely identification of business gapsCRM/data update accuracyManagement report turnaround timeQuality and usefulness of business insightsPreferred CandidateWe are specifically looking for someone who is not merely a data-entry MIS Executive, but a strong MIS professional who can understand business data, analyse it, create dashboards and independently present meaningful insights to management.Skills: skills,management,data,crm,sales,operations,excel,dashboards
