Job Title: MIS ExecutiveLocation: Chennai, IndiaExperience: 3-5 YearsShift: Mid Shift (3 PM - 12 PM IST)Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)Job Summary:We are seeking a MIS Executive with deep expertise in Excel automation and modernization of legacy VBA solutions into Python. This role requires strong ownership of MIS reporting, Power BI dashboard development, and advanced Power Query transformations.Key Responsibilities:·      Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Excel VBA macro solutions for large-scale automation·      Build robust web automation frameworks using VBA Selenium (Must-Have)·      Lead migration of VBA-based automation to Python, using VS Code for development·      Design, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards with optimized data models·      Develop and manage Power Query transformations and complex formulas·      Own end-to-end MIS reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports·      Optimize Excel performance using advanced formulas, pivots, and automation best practices·      Debug, refactor, and enhance legacy VBA codebases for stability and scalability·      Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into automated solutions·      Ensure documentation, version control, and maintainability of all deliverablesRequired Skills & Qualifications:·      Excel Advanced: Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, performance optimization·      VBA Macros: Expert-level Excel VBA development and automation·      Python: Automation scripting and VBA-to-Python migration·      Power BI: Dashboard development, maintenance, and reporting lifecycle·      Power Query (M Language): Formula creation and complex transformations·      MIS & Excel Report Handling: End-to-end ownership of reporting workflowsEducation:·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
