Ltd. – FOR YOU MART Industry: Supermarket & Organised Retail Location: Odisha Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Salary: Negotiable based on experience Role SummaryWe are looking for an accurate and analytical *MIS Executive* to manage sales, inventory, purchase, DC and operational reports for multiple FOR YOU MART stores.Key Responsibilities- Extract and analyse reports from GoFrugal ERP/POS.- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management dashboards.- Track store-wise sales, targets, gross margin and average bill value.- Monitor Out-of-Stock, negative, excess, non-moving, expiry and damaged stock.- Prepare purchase, GRN, stock-transfer and DC dispatch reports.- Reconcile cash, UPI, card and other payment data.- Prepare employee and store KPI reports using ERP and FOR YOU Team App data.- Identify abnormalities and immediately escalate critical exceptions.- Maintain report accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission.- Automate recurring reports using Excel, Power Query or Power BI.Candidate Requirements- Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, Business Administration or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of MIS or business-reporting experience.- Strong practical knowledge of: - Advanced Excel - PivotTables - XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP - SUMIFS and COUNTIFS - Charts and dashboards - Data reconciliation- Experience with ERP/POS reporting is mandatory.- Retail, supermarket, FMCG or warehouse experience is preferred.- GoFrugal ERP knowledge will be an advantage.- Strong accuracy, analytical ability and deadline discipline.- Working knowledge of Odia, Hindi and English.Candidates having only basic data-entry experience without advanced Excel and ERP reporting knowledge may not be suitable.Apply With- Updated CV- Current and expected CTC- Notice period- Current location- Total MIS experience- ERP/POS systems used- Excel and dashboard skillsApplication Subject: MIS Executive – FOR YOU MART📞 Call: 9937211669 📧 Email: hr@foryoumart.com#Hiring #MISExecutive #RetailMIS #DataAnalysis #ExcelJobs #RetailJobs #OdishaJobs #ForYouMart
