In this role, the professional will manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS), compile and update data, and generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection from various sources, validation and analysis of information, preparation of dashboards, and timely submission of reports to support decision-making. The MIS Executive will collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs, improve data accuracy, and streamline reporting processes. The role also involves documenting procedures, ensuring proper data security, and assisting in system enhancements and process improvements.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) knowledge, with experience in handling structured data and reporting tools.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and preparation of accurate dashboards and summaries.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, understand reporting requirements, and present findings clearly.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with databases or BI tools; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.Candidates should possess a detail-oriented and organized work approach, with the ability to manage multiple reports, meet deadlines, and maintain data confidentiality.Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an MIS or reporting role is preferred.
