MIS Executive

Job Description – MIS & Automation ExecutiveIndustry Preference : Hospital / Healthcare Department : Business Operations / MIS Role OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven MIS & Automation Executive responsible for hospital reporting, business insights, dashboards, data accuracy and automation of repetitive MIS processes.Key Responsibilities- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS covering OPD, IPD, surgeries, revenue, diagnostics, pharmacy, other ancillary services, patient conversions and other business data.- Analyse data and generate actionable business insights for management.- Consolidate, clean and reconcile data from HMIS, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets.- Build performance, growth and trend insights across centres and business verticals.- Identify data gaps, duplicates and reporting inconsistencies.- Automate repetitive reports, data updates, dashboards and management summaries.- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales and IT teams for data requirements.- Continuously improve reporting processes and reduce manual work through automation.Required Skills- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.- Power BI / Looker Studio dashboard development.- Knowledge of Google Apps Script, Power Automate, Make, Zapier or similar automation tools.- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs and Python preferred.- Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok for data analysis, automation, formulas and reporting.- Hospital / Healthcare MIS experience preferred.Experience2–5 years in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or Hospital Operations.Ideal CandidateAnalytical, detail-oriented and automation-driven, with the mindset to convert manual reporting into accurate, scalable and automated MIS systems while generating meaningful business insights for management.How to ApplyInterested candidates can DM / WhatsApp their profile on: +91 97685 80595
