MIS Executive – Ecommerce ReconciliationCompany: Rama Vision Limited (RVL) Location: Delhi/NCR Department: E-commerce & Quick Commerce Reporting To: Head of Digital & E-commerceAbout RVLRama Vision Limited is a leading FMCG importer and distributor in India, managing a diverse portfolio of international and domestic brands including Nongshim, Real Thai, Pigeon, Kab's Jackpot, Mustela, Mr. Rice/Asian Grace, Maddox, KAI, and Trisa. RVL operates across quick commerce, e-commerce, and modern trade channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for an MIS Executive to manage account reconciliation and data reporting across our e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and marketplaces). The role requires strong Excel/data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of transactional data across multiple brands and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform periodic account reconciliation (sales, payments, claims, deductions) between platform statements and internal books for all brands and platformsTrack and resolve discrepancies in invoicing, payments, credit notes, and platform deductions/penaltiesMaintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales, inventory, GRN, fill rate, and claims across all platformsConsolidate brand-wise and platform-wise MRP sales, margin, and performance data for management reviewCoordinate with platform finance/ops teams to close open claims and pending reconciliationsBuild and maintain dashboards/trackers for real-time visibility into account health and outstanding balancesSupport the e-commerce and finance teams with ad-hoc data pulls, audits, and reporting requestsFlag anomalies, revenue leakages, or recurring deduction patterns and escalate for resolutionEnsure data accuracy and consistency across systems (ERP, platform portals, internal trackers)Requirements2–4 years of experience in MIS, account reconciliation, or e-commerce data operations (FMCG/retail preferred)Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas); Power BI/SQL knowledge a plusExperience working with quick commerce or e-commerce platform portals (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart) preferredHigh attention to detail and accuracy with large datasetsBasic understanding of accounting/reconciliation concepts (credit notes, claims, deductions, GST)Ability to manage multiple brands and platforms simultaneously under deadlinesBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fieldWhat We OfferExposure to reconciliation and data operations across India's leading quick commerce platformsOpportunity to work across a diverse, multi-brand FMCG portfolioCollaborative, fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities
