The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, with the ability to build automated dashboards, reports, and workflows that support sales, CRM, and management reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards using Google SheetsDevelop and maintain custom scripts using Google Apps Script to automate repetitive tasks (data pulls, formatting, email triggers, notifications, etc.)Consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, sales, inventory, collections) into unified reportsCreate and manage automated workflows to reduce manual data entryTrack and report daily/weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and collection dataEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all reportsCoordinate with sales, CRM, and accounts teams to gather and validate dataBuild pivot tables, charts, and visualizations for management reviewIdentify process gaps and suggest automation opportunitiesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive business dataRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, QUERY function, etc.)Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (writing custom scripts, triggers, automation, integration with Gmail/Forms/Sheets)Working knowledge of MS ExcelGood understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis conceptsFamiliarity with real estate sales/CRM data (preferred, not mandatory)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teamsSkills: real estate,google apps script,sheets,google apps,google,mis executive
