MIS Executive – Healthcare Industry

Job Title: MIS & Automation Executive – Healthcare IndustryLocation: DelhiExperience: 3-7 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.Experience in the Healthcare industry will be preferred. Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong expertise in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, MIS reporting, system management, and process automation. The candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, maintaining business systems, supporting Inventory Management System (IMS) and Patient Management System (PMS) operations, and improving workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports using Google Sheets and other reporting tools. Work extensively on Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Forms. Create and manage advanced MIS systems, dashboards, and reporting structures. Design, update, and maintain MIS flowcharts and process documentation. Handle and support the Inventory Management System (IMS) for inventory tracking and reporting. Work on the Patient Management System (PMS) and ensure accurate operational data management. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Monitor data accuracy and maintain database integrity. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational processes. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. Provide technical support related to MIS, IMS, and PMS operations. Experience Required:3-7 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role. Experience in the Healthcare industry will be preferred. Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and business operations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MIS, Google Workspace, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Google Workspace. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, FILTER, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and Dashboards). Experience in Advanced MIS System Creation and reporting. Knowledge of MIS Flowchart Management and business process mapping. Hands-on experience with the Inventory Management System (IMS). Good understanding of Patient Management System (PMS). Familiarity with the IMS and PMS systems developed by Rahul Jain and Sanjeev Jain will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
