MIS Manager - Real Estate

_Urgent Requirement for a Leading Tier 1 Real Estate Developer_Designation – Manager - MIS (Real Estate Sales)CTC – Up to 12 LPA (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn)Reporting To – Sales Head*Location – Mumbai Experience – 5+ Years of Relevant Experience*Qualification – Any Graduate ( MBA Preferred)*Skills & Requirements:*● Minimum 5+ years of experience in MIS / Sales MIS within Real Estate Industry (Mandatory)● Strong experience in managing Sales Reports, Booking Trackers, Channel Partner Reports & Business Analytics● Advanced Excel skills with strong data management and reporting capabilities● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail● Strong communication and presentation skills● Ability to manage multiple reports, stakeholders, and deadlines independently*Key Responsibilities:*_*MIS Management & Reporting:*_• Manage MIS for multiple projects/sites, maintaining daily trackers including Booking Trackers, Channel Partner Trackers, Customer Walk-in Trackers and other business reports.• Record and update booking data in software systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports including Sales Reports, Sourcing Reports, Closing Reports, Channel Partner Reports and Target vs Achievement Reports.• Prepare customized and ad-hoc reports as required by management for business reviews and decision-making.*_Data Analysis & Business Performance Tracking:_*• Analyze business performance through key sales metrics and provide actionable insights to management.• Prepare and analyze Collection Reports, Sales Reports, Subvention Tracking Reports, Demand Tracking Reports and Monitoring Reports.• Conduct variance analysis for project budgets on a quarterly basis and highlight discrepancies with corrective recommendations.• Analyze project performance and identify areas of improvement across sales verticals.*_Channel Partner Management & Sales Analytics:_*• Prepare daily Channel Partner trackers and maintain incentive-related data based on bookings.• Track Channel Partner performance, payouts and incentive calculations.• Prepare source-wise Walk-in and Booking reports to monitor performance across channels.*_Advanced Excel & Financial Analysis:_*• Utilize advanced Excel techniques to create, automate and maintain MIS dashboards and reports.• Prepare costing reports and payment plans for newly launched projects.• Assist in project budgeting, financial planning and analysis.• Monitor VAT/GST reports and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.*_Inventory & Project Monitoring:_*• Monitor booking trends, sales performance and project-wise business outcomes.• Prepare demographic reports project-wise to understand customer profiles, requirements and buying patterns._Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Notice Period Preferred_📞 Contact: 9819207710 (Only Msg on WhatsApp)📩 Email: harold.wilson@hnhplacement.com
