Backed by multiple ISO certifications and state-of-the-art facilities, the organization focuses on quality, cultural relevance, and technology-driven solutions that support global engagement and brand visibility.Role Description Produces the contractual reporting the programme is measured and invoiced on, accurately and on time, every month.What you will own•      Produce the monthly volume utilisation report: words received and completed, language pair breakdown, cumulative progress against the annual commitment.•      Produce project completion reports: word counts by match category, batch summary, service level performance and leverage.•      Reconcile delivered volumes against invoices and flag variances before they reach the client.•      Build and maintain dashboards on throughput, quality scores and capacity utilisation.•      Keep the underlying data defensible — these reports are referenced in commercial discussions.What you need•      2+ years in MIS, reporting or business analysis.•      Advanced Excel; comfort with large datasets and reconciliation work.•      Precision under a monthly deadline that does not move.Useful to have•      Power BI or equivalent.•      Exposure to localisation or professional services metrics.
