MIS Reporting Analyst

MIS reporting AnalystPosition Overview:The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making. This role involves data collection, analysis, and presentation of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring management has clear visibility into operational and financial performance.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports.
• Preparation of monthly MIS report for leaders
• Coordinate with statutory and internal audit
• Contract management- tracking costs with business case
• Monthly closing entries – GRIR, Provision, prepaid etc. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Power BI/Tableau.
• SAP Knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.Qualifications
• Chartered accountant.
