It is not itself a corporate entity, association or conglomerate run by an overarching parent company but merely refers to a group of distinct and wholly separate legal entities that are collectively referred to as Abdul Latif Jameel.Main Job Responsibilities: 1.Provides technical assistance to MIS Finance in preparing financial report2.Prepare and manage database for PowerBI dashboards and financial reports3.Organizing and facilitating meetings and training for MIS Team activities, including workshops4.Tracking all the MIS team activities and priorities5.Securing information for MIS documentation and provide support to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance6.Generate SAP COPA financial reports and provide required analysis7.Provides administrative support for MIS tools supported by ALJ IT, including maintaining the inventory of tools and documentation library8.Taking notes and tracking of all action items for meetings and other stakeholders9.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required10.Follow-ups KPI & MIS related activities/issues in order to meet the agreed timeline with all stakeholders11.Follow-ups ALJID, ALJR, ALJAW Progress in order to meet the requirement of the management12.Introduce Kaizen ideas and “Know-How” in order to improve the KPI & MIS functions13.Research & develop new design of MIS presentations, reportsJob Required Qualifications:Bachelors in Business Administration, MIS or equivalent3 to 4 years in Business Administration/ Analysis with two (2) years’ experience in Vehicle LogisticProficient in computer software such as MS Office, Business Object, and other applicationsVery good analytical skillsVery good Problem-solving skillsVery good follow-up capabilitypublication ends on 14 Oct 2026
