As we continue to scale, we are looking for an MIS Executive who enjoys working with data, numbers, and reports that help teams make smarter business decisions.Role Overview:As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining business reports, ensuring accurate data tracking, and supporting teams with actionable insights. This role involves working closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth reporting, inventory tracking, and system management.Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and update MIS reports that support business and operational decision-making.Track and monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and maintain audited stock records for accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation.Ensure proper inventory data management and reporting accuracy across systems.Handle new user onboarding including salespersons, wholesalers, distributors, and super stockists.Manage master data creation and maintenance for smooth daily sales operations via internal apps or portals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data handling, reporting).Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple reports.Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bonus If You HaveExperience working with Sales Operations tools, SFA, or DMS systems.Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands.Why Join Us:At Urban Gabru, you’ll be part of a fast-moving team building one of India’s most exciting consumer brands, where your work directly contributes to data-driven business growth and smarter decision-making.
