The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the Job:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mixologist to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Uphold a high standard of customer service by consistently delivering top-quality drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain appropriate stock levels, set up the bar correctly before service, and uphold cleanliness standards to create a welcoming environment.Stay informed about local and international bar trends and new products, while being well-versed in classic cocktails and innovative drinks.Provide dedicated training to staff, sharing knowledge of product portfolios and brand standards.Assist the bar manager in stock management, including ordering, returns, and conducting stock takes.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the brand concept, history, and vision, and effectively communicate these aspects when required.Support the implementation of brand audits and promptly address any identified issues.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:2 - 4 years’ experience in a Mixologist role with standalone/branded restaurants.Bachelor’s Degree of Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned UniversityAdditional Beverage Certificates are an advantageAdditional Language (like for example Russian, Spanish, French, Italian...) is an advantageExperience working in a multi-cultural environment.Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.About the Benefits:Supportive and inclusive work environmentAccess to Learning & Development programmes and clear career pathwaysOpportunities for internal mobility within our global networkColleague discounts on food, beverage, and hotel stays worldwideComprehensive healthcare and life insurance coveragePaid annual leavePerformance-based incentives tailored to your roleCompetitive tax-free salary paid in UAE Dirhams (AED)
